As we strive to keep FAPWA alive in the next 25 years , it is imperative to introduce all FILAM doctors to the organization’s noble causes and its vision to represent the FilAm Physician as a participant in the growing needs in health care in the State of Washington and to serve as a catalyst of change in whatever capacity as we serve in respective our communities.

Initiatives :

 

1.

Intentional work on CONNECTIVITY and ENGAGEMENT through various mechanisms :

  1. Social Medial Platforms : Instagram and Facebook

  2. Social gatherings creating camaraderie and support

  3. Creation of a WELCOMING COMMITTEE representing the North,West ,East and South parts of the State to engage newer migration of FilAm Doctors to FAPWA.

  4. Medical Outreach and participation in various projects and initiatives

 

2.

STRENGTHENING the TIES WITHIN FAPWA itself :

  1. Engaging the Founding members and Past Presidents of FAPWA every Spring during the Annual Heritage Soiree to be hosted by incumbent FAPWA Officers. The sole purpose of this is to honor them and to ignite their ongoing dedication to FAPWA’s rich history and creating a broader vision as we usher FAPWA to its golden 25 years.!

 

3.

A continued search for incoming leaders to carry the torch of FAPWA’s mission into the next 25 golden years of service!
